The Rt Hon Lord St John of Bletso has been a Crossbench Member of the House of Lords since 1978. He qualified as an attorney in South Africa. He currently serves as a financial consultant to Merrill Lynch and as a Director of several London Stock Exchange listed companies. He has been non-executive Chairman of OCRA Worldwide since 1993 and is responsible for group strategy.

Richard Dixon
Richard Dixon is a professional company manager with extensive experience gained in commerce and industry in the UK, Holland and Germany. He joined the group in 1987 as Managing Director of the Isle of Man operation and has provided strong guidance and management throughout the group's ongoing development. As Joint Group Managing Director, he has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Isle of Man and our European offices and the region.

Bart Dekker LLM
Our regional head office in Asia is headed by Bart Dekker who is responsible for our activities in SE Asia, China and Australia. Bart studied International Law at the University of Amsterdam and gained experience in international business and corporate structuring with a major international banking group. He specialises in the utilisation of corporations for foreign direct investment in Asia and specifically China. He joined OCRA Worldwide in 1995 and is Joint Group Managing Director.

Dharmesh Naik B.Eng, Cert (Comp), TEP, F. MIoD
Dharmesh Naik is a graduate of the University of Allahabad in India where he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He joined the group in 2000 after spending almost 3 years with Siemens. Dharmesh is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Institute of Corporate Governance in Mauritius. He is a fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD). He is responsible for the Indian Ocean region, Africa, Middle East and India. He is also responsible for the group's IT implementations as well as group marketing.

Brian Monk BAcc, CA
Brian Monk is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is a graduate of Glasgow University. He joined the group in 1996 having held equivalent positions in professional organisations in the United Kingdom. He is based in the Isle of Man. He specialises in matters relating to Trusts, UK Property Ownership and EU Trading.

Stephen Porter
Stephen Porter joined the group in 1989 and is a Group Director, a Director of OCRA (Isle of Man) Limited, and a Client Services Team Leader in the Isle of Man. Stephen specialises in working with european and international entrepreneurs, as well as professional firms in the Isle of Man and Europe, and deals on a daily basis with complex circumstances affecting businesses and individuals from many other parts of the world. He has operated at board level with a variety of client organisations and can offer in-depth advice on board governance and compliance requirements.
