Priscila Paulino was educated at the Catholic University in Santos, Brazil and at the University of Michigan.

She initially graduated in Business Management and undertook postgraduate degrees in both Marketing and Business Management as well as English proficiency.

She joined OCRA Brazil in 2006 and was appointed Managing Director in 2007.
