Bart studied International Law at the University of Amsterdam and gained experience in international business and corporate structuring with a major international banking group. He specialises in the utilisation of corporations for foreign direct investment in Asia and specifically China. He joined OCRA Worldwide in 1995 and is now Joint Group Managing Director.
