Richard Dixon

Richard Dixon is a professional company manager with extensive experience gained in commerce and industry in the UK, Holland and Germany. He joined the group in 1987 as Managing Director of the Isle of Man operation and has provided strong guidance and management throughout the group's ongoing development. As Joint Group Managing Director, he has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Isle of Man and our European offices and the region.

Stephen Porter

Stephen Porter joined the group in 1989 and is a Group Director, a Director of OCRA (Isle of Man) Limited, and a Client Services Team Leader in the Isle of Man. Stephen specialises in working with european and international entrepreneurs, as well as professional firms in the Isle of Man and Europe, and deals on a daily basis with complex circumstances affecting businesses and individuals from many other parts of the world. He has operated at board level with a variety of client organisations and can offer in-depth advice on board governance and compliance requirements.

Brian Monk is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is a graduate of Glasgow University. He joined the group in 1996 having held equivalent positions in professional organisations in the United Kingdom. He is based in the Isle of Man. Jerry Linehan joined the group as a Non Executive Director in October 2009 following a 33 year career in the Banking industry. Jerry was a Senior Executive with both the Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays and was the CEO of Conister Trust PLC the largest independent Bank on the Isle of Man. Since 2008 has developed a specialist knowledge in the E-Gaming sector having advised a number of companies to secure a E-Gaming license and has also undertaken a review for the IOM Government on the Island’ approach to the E-Gaming sector. Jerry is currently Non Executive Chairman of 188BET one of the largest global Sports-betting groups.
