Lord Anthony St. John of Bletso

CHAIRMAN - The Rt. Hon. Lord Anthony
St. John of Bletso, BA, BSocSc, LLB LLM


Lord St. John serves as a sitting member of the House of Lords of the parliament of the United Kingdom and an extra Lord-in-Waiting to Her Majesty the Queen. He is also a member of the House of Lords' European Union Sub-Committee on Economic And Financial Affairs, Trade And External Relations. Since 1993, he has served as a consultant to Merrill Lynch and is a registered representative of the London stock exchange.

Richard Dixon

Richard M. Dixon


Richard Dixon is a professional company manager with extensive experience gained in commerce and industry in the UK, Holland and Germany. He joined the Group in 1987 as Managing Director of the Isle of Man operation and has provided strong guidance and management throughout the Group's ongoing development. As Joint Group Managing Director, he has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Isle of Man and our European Offices and region.

Bart Dekker

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR - ASIA PACIFIC
Bart Dekker, LLM


Bart Dekker is responsible for our activities in SE Asia, China and Australia. Bart studied International Law at the University of Amsterdam and gained experience in international business and corporate structuring with a major international banking group. He specialises in the utilisation of corporations for foreign direct investment in Asia and specifically China. He joined OCRA Worldwide in 1995 and is now Joint Group Managing Director.

Brian Monk

GROUP FINANCE AND COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
Brian Monk BAcc, CA


Brian Monk is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a graduate of Glasgow University. He joined the Group in 1996 having held equivalent positions in professional organisations in the United Kingdom. He is based in the Isle of Man. He specialises in matters relating to trusts, UK property ownership and EU trading.

Colin Forster

Colin Forster


Colin Forster is the Managing Director of OCRA (Isle of Man) Limited and a Group Director. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association. He gained senior management experience in the UK and overseas with The Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. with whom he served for twelve years. He joined the Group in 1988. In addition to managing OCRA (Isle of Man) Limited, Colin is responsible for a portfolio of clients which includes end-users, accountancy practices and legal firms.

Dharmesh Naik

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR - AFRICA AND MIDDLE EAST
Dharmesh Naik, B.Eng, Cert (Comp), TEP, F. MIoD


Dharmesh Naik is a graduate of the University of Allahabad in India where he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He joined the Group in 2000 after spending almost 3 years with Siemens. Dharmesh is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Institute of Corporate Governance in Mauritius. He is a fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors
(MIoD). He is responsible for the Indian Ocean region, Africa, Middle East and India. He is also responsible for the Group's IT implementations as well as Group Marketing.

Stephen Porter is Group Director, a Director of OCRA (Isle of Man) Limited and a Client Service Team Leader in the Isle of Man. He joined the Group in 1989. He specialises in working with European and international entrepreneurs and professional firms in the Isle of Man.
