Adela has an education background in Economics and Law. She has over 12 years professional experience both as an academic and an international consultant. Her experience is mainly as a Corporate and Tax advisor specialising in matters relating to inward investment, tax planning, financial services, property transactions and legal services.
Adela has recently been involved in the business start up in Romania for a large number of companies (both multinational and SME’s) including various industries, banking, commerce and services.
