Managing Director – Asia Pacific
Our regional head office in Asia is headed by Bart Dekker who is responsible for our activities in SE Asia and China. Bart studied International Law at the University of Amsterdam and gained experience in international business and corporate structuring with a major international banking group. He specialises in the utilisation of corporations for foreign direct investment in Asia and specifically China. He joined OCRA Worldwide in 1995 and is Joint Group Managing Director.
Managing Director – Middle East & Indian Ocean
Dharmesh Naik is a graduate of the University of Allahabad in India where he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He also holds an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and an International Diploma in AML both from the International Compliance Association (ICA) in association with the University of Manchester. He joined the group in 2000 after spending almost 3 years with Siemens. Dharmesh is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Institute of Corporate Governance in Mauritius.
He is a fellow of the International Compliance Association (ICA) and fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD). He is responsible and manages the Indian Ocean region, Africa, Middle East and India with offices in Mauritius, Seychelles and Ras Al Khiamah. He sits on the OCRA’s Group board and plays a key role in the management of the Worldwide operations, since 2006.
Managing Director – Europe
Michael Clifford joined the group in 1990 and is the Managing Director of OCRA (London) Limited. He has extensive experience in the corporate services, specialising in the structuring of international companies for global trade and investment. Michael maintains close relationships with selected banks and our intermediary network and is available to meet personally with clients to discuss their requirements.
